Oak Hollow

Inspired by the intimate world-building of Redwall and the quiet wonder of studio Ghibli, Oak Hollow is a concept art book centered on a hidden civilization called the Kinn — elemental nature spirits no larger than a thimble, yet essential to the balance of the living world. Each Kinn is shaped by the region they tend: Earth Kinn coax roots through stone, Water Kinn shepherd streams and tides, Cloud Kinn drift through the upper atmosphere weaving weather, and Lava Kinn temper the slow pulse of volcanic growth. Though small in stature, the Kinn carry great purpose — and on rare occasion, the ancient Dragons of their world will choose one to serve as a guardian of nature itself. Oak Hollow explores their ecosystems, rituals, and relationships through character design, environmental studies, and world-building illustration.
